Convenient for the airport but there are closer options. Booked only because it was cheaper than the closer ones. It's comfortable and has a 24h shuttle.

Comfortable clean hotel with the pool. The room had blackout curtains for better sleep. However, the air conditioner was too cold and there wasn’t kettles or complimentary water.

Convenient for voyagers who want a chambre before next flight.

We were very disappointed with our stay on Nov 1. 1) Room 216 was very hot (77-79F,25-26 C) and management could or would do nothing about it and the AC was turned off in the building. We had a bad night's sleep before a long flight the next day. No partial refund was offered. 2) They claim to offer a free suttle to the airport which you can only reserve on checkin but by the time we checked in last the night before, they were "sold out". There is not enough capacity for the suttle to meet the needs of all the guests. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of decent airport hotels in Madrid.

ok transfer hotel, clean and acceptable service. Food offering wasn't a lot but enough to choose from, dont use the shuttlebus if you dont mind waiting an hour, better to take a taxi on your own and avoid the hassle to an unknown waiting time and then being ferried across 3 terminals before you finally arrive in the hotel. Hotel is only a few kilometres away and a taxi ride won't cost you a lot. 

Transfer service is really convenient and the staff was really helpful

the reception staff knew I was waiting for the airport shuttle and let me wait for 20 minutes, wouldn't bother telling me it had already left

Great stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston ☺️the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean the dining area was lovely and the outside seating area and pool was a dream will definitely be staying here again on my neat visit to Madrid.

Ok for a stay for an overnight stay before your flight. Be careful if arriving late and leaving early, as you can be waiting at the airport to be collected for a long time
