The hotel room is not very big, but the terrace is surprisingly large. The style of the room is modern and simple, but the style of the lobby is a bit American. The room facilities are quite new. Originally, there was a telecommunications building next to it, which was supposed to be a movie theater. Unfortunately, it was being renovated when I went there. The service is very good, especially the doorman on the first floor, who answers all questions and is very warm and lovely.

I really enjoyed stay at this hotel. I was on father and daughter trip. Service, food, breakfast and terraza was excellent. Location also was very very good.

Loved this gem of a hotel centrally located in Madrid! A short walk to the Prado, Plaza Mayor and Retiro Park. Beautiful, well appointed rooms, lovely service, beautiful breakfast and great rooftop bar. Very well priced and special. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the perfect location. It is centrally located but on a quiet street. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Our room was large, the bed very comfortable, and we had a large wrap around terrace. There are workout facilities in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely historic property, situated perfectly in Madrid to see all you want to see! The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. My room included breakfast which I enjoyed each day out on the terrace. Highly recommend & would stay here again.
