El hotel es una preciosidad y así mismo es el trato recibido por todos sus trabajadores. El cuarto muy cómodo, bien aclimatado, decorado y surtido. La hospitalidad desde las muchachas del servicio en el cuarto hasta los administradores de la recepción y los muchachos que nos recibían en la entrada a cada momento fue excelente!

Very comfortable bed.. service and breakfast was amazing. Sadly we went over Easter and The hotels 2 Michelin star restaurant was closed which I didn’t know at the time of booking the hotel!! The concierge couldn’t do enough to help organising taxis for us and recommending places for us to go. The bath tub needed updating but apart from that overall a lovely stay.

Muy bien situado, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones estan muy bien. Siempre que venimos a Madrid nos alojamos aquí. El desayuno es simplemente espectacular. Al ser pequeño hace que te sientas muy a gusto. En definitiva una muy buena opción si vas a Madrid.

An excellent hotel made great by the staff. First, while many prefer the Gran Via area, Salamanca is less hectic, more upmarket, and has a neighborhood feel. Second, the public spaces - the bar, library, and gourmet restaurant/breakfast area are well-executed with a timeless modern look. Third, the rooms are adequately sized (for Madrid) with great linens and beds. The look isn't the newest (see the Thompson), but, again well-executed. The housekeeping was super. Fourth, as others have noted, the staff can't be beat. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of their game (particular kudos to Elena and Paola at reception and Miquel in the bar. Finally, for Madrid we found it to be an excellent value - especially with the ample, varied, and high-quality breakfast. We love Madrid and will stay again, it's a no-brainer

El local es muy bonito y acogedor y la comida es increíble, cada plato del menú era incluso mejor que el anterior...lo recomendaría sin dudarlo. El servicio exquisito. Agradecer también su atención al personal del hotel que nos informó de los horarios y nos permitió hacer uso de sus instalaciones y resguardarnos del frio hasta que llegó la hora de nuestra reserva.

A lovely experience, service was impeccable, the food a fantastic experience, we appreciated that the chef came and talked with us twice :) We chose the wine pairing and the sommelier was excellent. The table are far enough from each other so it feels intimate and special. We had a great time and I highly recommend going there !
