This is a SCAM. The people working here are absolutely there to take your money and treat you like you are simply *****. I have visited more then 35 countries and stayed in many places, from expensive hotels to airbnb and hostels sharing rooms. But this is way the worst place I even been. To start the reception is open only until 23:00 if you happen to do your check in after that hour, even if is just 5 min later, you will have to pay a penalty of 50€ which is not stayed in the Terms and Conditions. You will have to pay a doggie guy coming in a car with his girlfriend the 50€ in cash or card BUT without getting any receipt. After refusing to pay as I am Spanish and I was gonna call the Spanish police, he agreed to checking us in. Into a room that was with dirty towels and no air conditioner in the middle of August in Madrid! Thanks to Trip.com we got moved to a better room, and Trip helped us on every moment of this nightmare of experience. To end with this on the checkout the guy forced us to have him our details as his boss want to talk to us to pay the 50€, and now they are harassing us to pay. Well… we are not only going to not pay but we are opening a formal case with the Spanish institutions as this is a SCAM and your personal security, money, GDPR could be in danger if you stay in this property.

Not a 24 hour front desk. There are no slippers or anything and no welcome water. The location is safe right next to the US Embassy. So it's in a good area. Is the price okay?

We were in a room with too much noise! They were working all the time...

I stayed for a weekend and I loved it. The location is perfect if you want to move around the center, the cleanliness of 10, quite high heating (it is appreciated with the cold of Madrid) and very attentive staff. Perhaps to put a fault is that the doors and the bathroom are somewhat old, but everything else is phenomenal. I recommend it!

For its price and location, it's not bad, but don't set high expectations about the site. We had broken tiles, there was no cleaning in the 2 days we stayed and the closet had a hard time opening.

房間算比較大，距離地鐵公交都近，如果去伯納烏看球很方便，去市中心也不算遠，地鐵基本在10分鐘左右。性價比可以

The hotel is very basic but provided us with what we were looking for during our trip. It was clean and the maid came daily. Our main problems were the heat / aircon and the noise. The air-con was pointless it didn’t work at all and made quite loud noise when it was on so we found it hard to sleep due to being too warm. I wouldn’t recommend staying during summer due to this but if it is colder months or the year and you are just looking for somewhere simple it would be fine. The noise was the other problem - our room was right above a busy bar and even on the 7th floor was really loud from street noise. Again, if this is something you wouldn’t be able to sleep through I wouldn’t recommend. What I would say is the area is lovely. Really chilled out with nice bars, shops and restaurant - I found it much nicer than the central Gran Via area.

Rooms very basic, our room had a broken sink with 3x cracks in it, but did have clean bed linen and towels, shwer was hot....aircon was good, kitchenette ok.? no kettle so used a pan. The male staff member that checked us in was rude and unhlpfull. Apparently all rooms in this place had.. ###" recently been refurbished??🤣🤣 " ### poor soap dispensers 1 of which was broken😅😅....***. " think green washing up liquid for soap " **** and the cheapest of toilet roll.... We were here (all 128 of us for the Andre Rieu concert)....3x coaches..in total in this and the sister place/ hotel the Genova. My /our breakfast was poor and you had to go to reception for a " ticket for breakfast 🤣 " then leave the hotel and go to the tapas bar next door??....whats all that abou? Breakfast was €5 apparently...1xcoffee, 1 xjuice and 1x crossiont or 1x tostada😂 it was a joke really 😣😂😂....no bar in hotel? It was more like a hostel really...not God value for money...asvwe were within a group package it's difficult to work out costings for our stay 8th to 11th February 2022? Costs next week are approximately €67- €75 per night.....all in all not a happy person, would have not booked had we been coining independently. Would I stay here again/recommend? Not a hope in hell.

Cuando entramos en la habitación no hera como lo pintaban en las fotos.La ducha no tragaba el agua,no tenía ni secador ni donde poner el rollo de papel pelos en el suelo.En nuestra habitación tenía cocina pero ni una mesa para poder colocar la comida, ni una silla.En resumen no volvería a ese hotel,Un desastre.

Lo conozco de hace bastante tiempo , ya ha cambiado de nombre varias veces. Es uno de los que más utilizo en Madrid si su precio no se desorbita, que a veces ocurre. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y con cocina. Muy buena situacion cerca de la calle Serrano . Parquing enfrente que suelo utilizar a 24 euros día. En la zona hay de todo lo necesario, tanto de comercios como restauración . Metro cercano y varios autobuses pasen por esta calle Diego de León .

Es la primera vez que vamos después de las mejoras y del cambio de nombre . Anteriormente habíamos estado tres veces cuando se llamaba Apartamentos Orión . Estuvimos en la tercera planta habitación exterior y perfectos . Hemos notado mucho mejor las habitaciones y el baño , pero ha bajado mucho el tema de los accesorios para cocinar , muy justos. Pero con la nevera, el microondas y la pequeña cocina suficiente para desayunar y cenar algo sencillo después de haber pateado Madrid todo el día .Siguen con una mini tele , pero sin más . Cambio diario de toallas. Le doy un aprobado alto y volvería a repetir en esa misma habitación .No cogimos desayuno . Valoro mucho la zona. Hay parking en la calle de enfrente a buen precio . Dos bocas de metro cercanas . Zona muy maja con restaurantes, Un mercado cerca , varios supermercados en los alrededores, farmacia , no falta de nada y a la noche tranquilidad sin problemas, por lo menos en este mes de Febrero.
