The front desk staff is really nice and will actively solve any problems. Except for the first day when the sewer in the room assigned to us did not work, which led to a change of room.
The room was also very clean.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to Plaza de España and the Royal Palace of Spain. The room is very spacious and provides disposable toothbrushes. Recommended for friends who come to Madrid to stay

This has been renovated in the morning for two consecutive days, the sound was very annoying. The wifi was totally not working in the room. And the cleaner broke into our room twice while we were still sleeping.
