Very elegant hotel. The front desk receptionist enthusiastically introduced the local attractions and food. The location is very convenient. Various classics can be reached on foot. Clean and sanitary. The drinks in the mini bar are free and can't be finished every day. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for us. Short walking distance to all central parts you'd want to visit. The staff and lobby are also perfect. The rooms are dated, but then again it wasn't crazy expensive so it's fair enough.

Second stay, everything was fine. Downstairs is the statue of Cervantes, the author of "Don Quixote". This hotel has a large collection of ancient art and even has its own small museum, which is highly recommended. The hotel is located in Madrid's famous Art Triangle, surrounded by major museums.
