Nice cozy hotel for company event, well situated beside shopping street with lots of food option. Fernando and his other colleagues were super friendly and the hotel has a nice buffet selection for business meeting lunch. Enjoy my stay here.

An excellent location within walking distance of our favourite area of Madrid in Salamanca. Extremely comfortable bed and spotless room with plenty of friendly staff on check-in and check-out. No waiting around. Would definitely return to this hotel.

El servicio ha sido muy amable, los recepcionistas un encanto y muy humanos. Acudí a pedir ayuda al hotel por problemas de salud y, sin ser ni siquiera clienta, me atendieron amablemente y trataron de ayudarme con mi problema. Les estaré eternamente agradecida por su trato tan humano y por su capacidad de empatizar conmigo. Son unos excelentes profesionales, haciendo especial mención a Nuria y Antonio, y recomiendo 100% hosped**** en este hotel. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo❤️
