Reception staff super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location right on the gran via, 5min from puerta del sol and plaza mayor on one side and chueca and malasaña on the other. Very nice room with a balcony window overlooking the Gran Via, but I didn't find it very clean and I didn't find the furniture in the room very stable either. Apart from these small details, overall I find it a comfortable and not too expensive hotel. Recommended for those traveling alone or with friends!

The hotel itself is very centrally located. It is close to the Gran Via station. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was varied and very good, but what stands out are the two women who work there; Cathy and Zully. They couldn’t be more accommodating.

Excelente ubicación y muy fácil acceso a comida, supermercados, compras y restaurantes. A 10 mins caminando de Cibeles y 15 de la puerta de Alcalá y el parque el retiro. El hotel Queda ubicado a menos de 100 metros de la estación Gran vía del Metro.

Que puedo decir. Todo fue excelente desde la atención de todo el personal de recepción y limpieza como el hotel y habitaciones. Mejor de lo esperado. Las habitaciones modernas, buenos colchones y almohadas. La ubicación es muy buena. Lo único a modo de mejora son los pisos que rechinaban un poco. Gracias al personal de recepción del día y de la noche por la ayuda que hemos hecho viajes internos y nos han ayudado con el equipaje y logísticas.

Perfect location, great reception area. Had a last minute 1 day stay in Madrid with 5 grown children and mother. We all had our own beds, it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
