It is close to Madrid station, easy to get to this hotel and find easily. It is a clean and nice hotel, amenities are well-deserved. Breakfast was also delicious, atmosphere was good. Highly recommend those who travelers have much luggage.

Service and location are both good, specially if you have to catch a train from Atocha. Breakfast is simple, European style, good quality.

Very close to the Atocha station. Works perfectly for one night transition in Madrid. Walking distance to retiro park, museo de reina Sofía, museo nacional Del Prado and many restaurants.

The staffs are super helpful and friendly. The room is also clean but just there is unpleasant smell in the room. Overall is still good.

Spent overnight, in general a good value hotel with a great location. The dinning area is small and had to line up for breakfast.

Good location, warm welcoming reception, clean room. Rooms are small however for staying one night and rushed to Atocha station was fine.

I went there with a friend because NH group is well know and it was just a few minutes away from the train station. It is really well located and close to some tourist attractions, so we had no problem walking from one place to another.
In the hall you can find some candies and a water dispenser!
Also, staff were nice to us and everything was clean (as expected). We loved our room with balcony! Sadly, I only took pics of the balcony..

Location is best near to Central Train Station will connect to other cities.
Hotel bit old but overall everything is acceptable compare to price and location.

The room is clean and tidy, but on the small side. It has complete bathrobes, bath towels, and toiletries. It also has a coffee machine and tea sets. It's only about 100 meters to the train station, which is very convenient.

It is a 5-minute walk from the airport bus stop. It is in a very good location because you can walk to the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia Museum. The room was equipped with soft slippers, which we really liked. We did not include breakfast, but we could eat drinks and small bread for free.
