Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic, but I wasn't planning on using it bar to sleep with such to do in Madrid!
Safely stored my luggage after check out and helpful with recommendations.

有暖氣和熱空調非常好。保險箱太小了，個人電腦放不進去。衞生間的地板都是開裂的，雖然不是特別明顯，但也是肉眼可見的好幾處開裂。然後，這個位置離街口比較近，會很吵。

Too much noise all around because of strong temporary works in a room and a general lack of soundprofing. Grand Via and surroundings are very noisy. No earplugs ＞ no rest. Such a shame according to the good welcome.

Muy buen hotel! Lo recomiendo, esta a pasos de la gran vía, súper ubicación…la atención del personal de recepción excelente y muy amables. Limpieza muy bien ! El cuarto y baño tamaño standard. Genial para pasar unos días. Sin dudar volvería!
