The location is very convenient, there is a shopping mall downstairs, with brands such as Hermès. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are average

In the end, I was looking for a place near the city and ended up staying here.
The room is smaller than expected, but when you open the window, you can see the city right away! The bathroom is very big.
And the breakfast is delicious! You can store your luggage and the lady was really nice :)

Great location. Decent breakfast. Room and bed were quite small - wouldn’t call this hotel a 4 star hotel.

Very central hotel, perfect location to visit the center of Madrid. The room is very spacious, although a little deteriorated by the passage of time. A renovation would be good. Very good attention, very good common areas. There is no cafeteria service only in the morning they serve breakfast.

Hotel was perfect value in terms of quality and location. Rooms are renovated and cleanliness was great. Despite being centric the environment is not noisy and rooms have an accesible balcony available. Totally recommendable at this price range.

It’s a nice hotel with a good location. The bad thing is it’s small, cheap beds and noisy.
