The location of the hotel is perfect, it is in a great area such as the Salamanca district, close to everything. Super comfortable. Always happy, to repeat.

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I had a negative experience when it came to breakfast. I was mislead to believe that breakfast was included, as the room card I was given stated that it was included. On the first morning, I specifically asked if breakfast was included, and there no issues. On the second day, when I went to go get breakfast the person and front desk said it was not and that they made a mistake the day before, but still charged me for it. I would have rather they be honest than being sneaky and misleading.

Great hotel. A bit far from the shopping area but great to visit you family member studying at IE.
