The hotel has left a lot to be desired. First of all, we were 3 people and it turns out that the sofa bed was unopened and unmade… we had to call to indicate it. Then the third towel was missing.
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... other people's hair in the bathroom, papers...
The man who collects the suitcases to leave them in storage is very very unpleasant, speaking to us in a derogatory, haughty tone and raising his voice out of place...
