Muy buen servicio y muy amable el personal. Las instalaciones muy buenas en relación al precio y calidad. Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno y completo.

Este hotel es el ideal para un viaje a Madrid, el barrio en el que se encuentra es muy seguro, lindo y con todo al alcance como restaurantes, supermercados y zona comercial como en la calle de Serrano, Velázquez y Goya, el Metro está a 3 cuadras, siempre hay taxis cerca o en el hotel. El único pero que le pondría es que las habitaciones no son muy silenciosas, se escucha lo de las otras habitaciones y en mi caso las almohadas no me acomodaron porque una era muy bajita y la otra muy alta pero muy amablemente me prestaron otra bajita y se resolvió el problema. El personal es súper amable y te ayudan en lo que necesites.
