Estupenda ubicación, fabulosas habitaciónes , genial desayuno, calidad precio inmejorable, el trato de personal ha sido muy muy correcto y agradable. Si apetece salir a tomar algo por la noche tiene próximo zona de copas y restaurantes de muy buen ambiente. Repetiremos.

La ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, el silencio son excelentes. Juan, jefe de recepción, es lo más amable y eficaz que se puede encontrar. Y Cristina y todo el equipo. Y el servicio de restaurante, capitaneado por Noe en el desayuno, insuperable.

NH Madrid Chamberi is situated in a residential district quite close to the centre of Madrid. It has very good fast public transport connections to all points of interest in the city but is far enough away from the noisy tourist centre to be a peaceful retreat at night. What made our stay really enjoyable was the very friendly but, at the same time, professional attitude of all the staff in the hotel. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Despite being a family room with two spaces, the bed space is tight and somewhat poorly distributed, with a very long shower. Beds not very comfortable and window to a very gray interior patio. Cleanliness could be improved but acceptable. Although not very central, well located, close to three metro stations that take you everywhere in a short time and in an area with many bars and restaurants and a supermarket with long hours right next door. Correct for value for money, without more. The best, the friendliness and kindness of the girls at the reception.
