There is some dirt in the bathroom and the A/C doesn’t work properly. Also there was a noise.

周邊環境一流，出行極為便利，可提供行李寄存，但因為訂房火爆，不支持延遲退房，價格有點偏高，卻不含早餐，其他都很棒，可幫忙叫出租車去任何地方，服務很好！

感覺非常好，下次來還會住的，感覺蠻安靜的啊，離王宮很近，屬於市中心地段，去哪裡都蠻方便的，晚上出去逛也很熱鬧

房間寬敞明亮舒適又乾淨，在歐洲算是很大的面積了。孩子很喜歡，下次要住更久一點，時間太短了，沒有更好的享受這優越的地理位置給旅途帶來的快樂。

호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 위치가 너무 좋았던 것이었다 ㅋㅋ 그래서 도보로 어디든 이동이 가능해서 지하철을 타지않아도되서 너무 나이스했고 직원들도 친절하고 꽤나 만족스러운 호텔이었다

Really pleasant stay at Hotel Ópera Madrid. The room is cleaned daily to a have standard and had a modern touch with the decor. I particularly liked the window shutters which completely blocked out the light for an afternoon siesta. The only downside to my stay was the loud noises throughout the night, my room was situated on the first floor above a service entrance so there was a lot of banging which distrusted my sleep. However, the location was amazing and is close to the main sites. I would definitely look to stay here again.
