Location is excellent near the shopping district and metro station.
The only thing about the room is, there isn’t any comfortable sofa seat or arm chair that you can rest on without dirtying the bed.
Also, it’s cold at 11 degree, but you have to request for blanket. The room doesn’t comes with any blanket if you do not request for it. It’s weird.

Well located and stylish hotel steps away from Gran Via and a short walk to Sol. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The shower was the best I have had in Europe! Fun design elements including local art in the lobby. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and made great recommendations for local restaurants. Recommend.

This hotel is centrally located in Madrid. It is within walking distance to the Madrid subway system (with wGran Via) as the closest stop, Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. El Prado is about 20 midway.
The breakfast included is very good!! This is a modern and clean hotel. It has a decent restaurant and bar.
The rooms are modern, well lit, have a safe … but I found the bed was too darn firm and my sleep was substandard. This is the reason for a lower rating.

A fairly minimalist hotel close to Gran Via metro. Clean with a fairly bare / raw interior design. Staff service was a bit patchy and slightly gruff, I'm not going to say over-friendly - they need to work on that. Breakfast quality was good, but e.g. patisseries are not something to write home about. Bit of noise due to thin walls - will be difficult to fix and does depend on guests. Booking /payment system was overcomplicated and led to confusion about cost of breakfast (also when booking via well known 3rd party hotel booking site) - that needs to get fixed otherwise it leaves a bad taste.

Stayed here for 1 night. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid

Perfectly located near Madrid’s Main Street but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. My mum and I had a super pleasant stay and enjoyed the lovely facilities including hotel gym/bathroom products. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help, including humouring our Spanish practice. We only wished the roof was accessible but understood it’s available to some rooms and for events. Would definitely come back here ecommend!

This is a very cool, stylish hotel, in a great location, and very good value. 7 Islas is just off Gran Via, which is a very good location, although we were pretty unimpressed by Gran Via itself. It is a very cool, immaculately decorated space, with some nice art. Our room was the perfect size, and gave a great feeling of calm space. Bathroom was nice size, with good lighting for makeup etc. Beds were very comfortable and, joy of joy, the windows opened, to allow fresh air in. Breakfast is pretty good, and young Guillermo makes some great cocktails. Reception staff are great, and seriously helpful. The only mild irritation was only one working lift, so, at busy times, one could wait 5-10 minutes. It had everything we wanted. Food is limited, but there are some excellent restaurants nearby.
