El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda, al lado de la Gran Vía. Además las habitaciones amplias y espaciosas, como tenían disponibilidad, nos dieron una familiar, y pudimos hasta trabajar en ella. Lo mejor, el personal de Recepción, que desde el minuto cero, atendieron todas nuestras necesidades.

Todo el personal es muy amable y te hace sentir en casa. Hotel muy acogedor, limpio, bien situado y comunicado, La habitación y el cuarto de baño con todo lo necesario y más. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy saludable y completo, para todos los gustos. Producto de calidad. Buen café y selección de infusiones.

The hotel is well kept and in a great location! The rooms were comfortable and clean. A special gratitude to housekeeping for going above and beyond to help with some extra unexpected needs. Pablo at front desk was super friendly and helpful. He helped connect me to resources and services that I needed. He even offered to help at the buffet table when they were stretched thin. He is a great team player and it shows! Loved staying here, wonderful staff, great location, comfortable setting.
