El hotel es muy agradable, no me creo el precio que tiene para la zona dónde está situado. Un gusto poder recorrer Madrid a pie desde donde estaba alojada. Agradecer la atención a Pedro, Irene y Michelle toda su amabilidad y simpatía, un auténtico placer encontrar gente como ellos, al igual que otros trabajadores (no me acuerdo de los nombres!), desde luego se nota que trabajan en el trato y que estés súper agusto en la estancia. La habitación súper confortable, no tengo queja alguna. Repetiré seguro, tanto sea por trabajo otra vez como yendo con mi familia.

La atención de Irene, Andrés y Mishell fue fantástica!!!! Hotel muy acogedor y súper bien ubicadooo!!! Súper recomendado para todos los que vengan a Madrid!!!! Muy buena relación precio/calidad!!! Fantástico, alado tienen Five Guys para comer!!!

Excellent location! in a nice area close to shops. Staff was very friendly, specially with our two younger kids who felt very happy to be welcomed with gifts. Complementary tea was very nice!
