Lovey hotel but very disappointed the advertised swimming pool is closed as not summer? It’s May and 26 degrees, so very frustrating. Seems mad a lovely facility is not made available and maximised for people staying at this hotel and would understand it it was December and snowing

I stayed here for 4 days in April whilst attending a conference. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. Rooms excellent with everything you would want. Bed very comfortable. Large TV but no sports channels showing football. Breakfast was very good with a large choice. Two negative points: a) I ordered dinner on room service for two nights. On both the food came without a cover and it was very mildly warm on both occasions. Most other hotels I have been to provide a metal hood/cover over the plate to keep the food warm. For a hotel of this standard I would have expected this. b) I have heard that a guest was mugged outside the hotel on the Saturday night. The area feels safe but I expect criminals know there are a lot of foreign guests staying here.

Attended for a conference. We were well catered for, lots of choice at breakfast and the food put on for the conference was plentiful - just a shame the lunch was identical both days. The hotel is further out of the centre, but you can get on the metro easily enough. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My gripe was the room - my room was old, very dated and shabby, not the cleanest and I could hear my neighbours word for word.
