Hôtel authentique et vraiment au cœur de Madrid : Plaza Mayor à 50 m, le métro à 150 m (aéroport en 30 min). personnel très dévoué. propreté des chambres, grande SdB, literie confortable. bref, l'idéal pour un séjour à Madrid. On peut tout faire à pied : Palacio Réal à 10 min, le Prado à 20 min, Guernica au Musée de la reine sofia à 25 min, ...). Connection WiFi parfaite

Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar cuádruple, interior y con literas. Es un hotel emblemático, muy bonito y en pleno centro. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento. Merece la pena por su ubicación.

Loved the location! Loved the hotel! It does have it's small tiny issues here and there because it's a 400-year old hotel, but overall a lovely one. I will definitely go back because of how cute it is and it's proximity to some damn good places to eat.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Madrid. Excellent rooms, central location, reasonable prices and some of the best staff we’ve ever encountered in our travels. Special shout out to front desk staff Jon, and honorable mention to James and Myriam. Just ask for where to go or what to do or what to eat and they’ll steer you in the right direction every time!

The hotel and staff were a delight, Mari the breakfast chef was a wonder, sweet, generous and a delight to wake up to, food was marvelous and so was she! We will go back to enjoy the food, and the central location of the hotel and its beauty, it felt homey and all the staff was wonderful
