La habitación era muy, muy justa de tamaño. Una maleta tuvimos que dejarla en el baño. Un poco de mejor mantenimiento en el baño y mobiliario no estaría de más.

Es un pequeño hotel en Chueca con personal muy amable, muy bien situado y que, ademas, tiene un restaurante fantastico. Esta ubiciado en un antiguo palacete, con habitaciones luminosas y amplias. Muy limpio y funcional. muy cerca de la gran via tambien

Hotel que ya había visitado hace unos años y que para mi destaca sobre todo por su ubicación, zona tranquila pero cerca de los lugares mas céntricos de Madrid. Todo lo demás muy correcto o suficiente para mí, habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Hotel que si en el futuro encuentro un buen precio , repetiría sin dudarlo...

La ubicacion del hotel es fantástica para conocer el centro de Madrid. el personal de recepción muy amable y colaborador. Encantadores. Ahora bien; la habitación pequeña e interior, y necesita una reforma. Los muebles son antiguos, el aire acondiconado regular. Necesita con urgencia un lavado de cara.

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room did not get cleaned for three days, had to collect my own laundry after having dropped it off (similar for the iron and iron board, which I also had to collect at reception). Shower dreadful, massive cracks in the bath and a mattress that was on the bed during the Spanish civil war. Need I continue?

Disappointed with the room, did not match the pictures. Bathroom was not as clean as I would expect and paint peeling off the ceiling. Luckily was only here one night but expected better considering the price was over €200

The property is located at an excellent ubicación. You are like 1 block to La Gran Via. I had stared in this hotel like 2 times, but, really, right now it has become obsolete,
The first hotel I visited that does not have water(free) for the guest, no UBS co connect and charge the phones. Have to ask to change towels. Could not put the A/C , because they told me it was only in warm, and really, you close everything in this not so large room, you have to open de windows. Personnel were nice, except the one who checked us in, otherwise very nice. However they should modernize their hotel, its located in a beautiful spot, near everything. I was in a hotel facing a wall. (nice?)
