Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said

這個酒店是我所有歐洲酒店住過最小的，衹有一米的床，落地就是桌子，空間非常小，整個空間大概6平方米左右～ 很吵，並且酒店在山坡上，附近有地鐵站 超市，個人不建議～ 價格和酒店環境完全不匹配～差太多

During my recent stay at a hotel, I wanted to share a brief review. The location of the hotel was excellent (5/5), providing convenient access to the subway, although it was a bit noisy at night. The service from the staff was outstanding (5/5), as they were attentive and friendly. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally good (4/5), but improvements were needed in areas such as bathrooms. Additionally, I encountered difficulty closing the windows and blinds, which was a minor inconvenience. As for amenities, they were generally satisfactory (4/5), positively impacting the overall experience.

Hice una reserva para el lunes día 22. Pero en algún momento entre la operadora y el hotel la fecha la cambian al 18 de abril. Me cobran la habitación y cuando me doy cuenta llamo para decir que la reserva era el 22 y me dicen que como ya está facturado no se puede hacer nada. No atienden a razones. No pido que se reembolse el dinero, sólo pido que me den la habitación para la fecha que he solicitado, porque ya me la han cobrado y me responden de mala manera y me cuelgan el tlf. Trato pésimo. Para ellos es más fácil qued**** con el dinero sin dar el servicio... Unos caraduras.

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel quando visitamos Madrid. Gostamos bastante. Funcionários atenciosos. Limpo. E bem localizado com um pequeno shopping e mercados perto.
Fica próximo de uma estação de metrô. Dessa estação gastamos cerca de meia hora até às principais atrações de Madrid.
