Hermoso hotel con una guiño a la cultura, una biblioteca de ensueño, un restaurante de calidad y de exquisitamente diseñado. Habitación espaciosa, bien decorada con hermosas vistas. Un personal atento y con la mejor predisposición. Por ultimo una ubicación de lujo en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid.

Realmente un disfrute absoluto, tanto el edificio como el barrio donde está ubicado, le dan nombre a este hotel, del cual hemos disfrutado tanto. Hermosos espacios interiores donde con estilo y sus obras, se respira el arte. Destaco la profesionalidad y encanto de la conserjería, que supo guiarnos e informarnos en todo momento, en especial Patricia y Adriana, dignas de ese puesto. Volvería una y mil veces!

Queria felicitarlos por el Hotel, no solo su personal, sino por ser un Hotel que representa el arte- La vajilla tanto de las habitaciones como el restaurante es tan bonita que es un lujo tomar un cafe. los felicito también por su decoración. No tengo palabras. Es como estar en casa y volveria otra vez. Tienen un personal de lujo gracias

Beware! The hotel is being refurbished. The restaurant, bar and snack bar are all closed, as are large parts of the hotel. We were woken at 8 every morning by the sound of electric breakers, presumably working on refurbishment in adjacent rooms. Definitely not worth the money!!!

L'hotel era probabilmente all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle una ventina di anni fa. Struttura vecchia e non tenuta benissimo, personale più attento a chiaccherare fra di loro che a darti attenzione. Fatto il check-in online con l'offerta di una camera superior, arrivato in struttura invece ho dovuto rifare il check-in comunque e mi è stato detto che la camera superior non era disponibile. Altre piccole mancanze, per esempio al check-in mi hanno comunicato che l'acqua del frigobar era compresa nella camera, ma non c'era acqua nel frigo bar, solo due lattine di birra.

The hotel was nice as well as the hotel's staff. It is located in the middle of the historical center, walking distance to everywhere is very convenient. Also, the subway station Aston Martin is a few steps away. I had a small problem in my room but it was fixed the same day which, by the way, was Sunday. Custodial people did their job very well.
The hotel offers a breakfast as an option but the breakfast is same from day to day and, for me, could be better. For example, there are many Spain sweets available just on street but nothing like this is served in the hotel. Also, the selection of hot dishes was limited though the bacon was excellent and not over roasted as in US hotels.
Another issue is no parking so this hotel is for those who likes to walk.
Bottom line - this is very decent place to stay, I can definitely recommend it.

Y el servicio de habitaciones a las 8:00h hacia mucho ruido y se oía desde las otras habitaciones despertando al los huéspedes.
