Very new apar**ent, modern, clean, equipped, easy to pull out sofa bed, great double room. The lockers for leaving luggage are an excellent service. We were two couples and we were delighted. If I have to give it a but, it is that it is a little removed from the center. Totally recommended.

The apar**ent was clean and both the bedding and towels were soft. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed too. It has everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid, near the center. They leave you a cleaning kit with a washing machine capsule and another for the dishwasher.

We loved it, we went for one night and everything was great. Without a doubt a place to repeat. Everything was very new, the bed was very comfortable, when we arrived the heating was on, so we didn't get cold at all. There is parking nearby and although they had to cancel our parking reservation, we found another one nearby and at the same price.

Our experience was very good. It is true that at 3:00 p.m. the apar**ent was not available. Through the application we could have communicated our presence already there so that availability could be resolved, but we did not use that service because we were not there either. In about 30-45 minutes we saw that it was already available. The apar**ent is very new, equipped with everything. We were 2 adults + 2 children. 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed which reduces the space, but is really only used for having dinner and sleeping. Regarding the lockers, upon arrival before 3pm and departure, there were available ones, although some were open and blocked, so they could not be used. Another theme is the disco in the basement on Fridays and Saturdays until 6am. We didn't find out what it was until we read Google reviews. Then it's true that you stop to listen and there is a boom boom in the background, which we thought was the air conditioning units. It is also true that we were on the 4th floor. We were able to sleep well. But I doubt that the lower floors could... The area is very good, connected to the center with the metro very close. A Carrefour express a few meters away. What was difficult for us was finding a place to have breakfast. Many bars, but closed. I don't know if it was coinciding with Easter, or if it rained a lot and we couldn't find the streets where there were more establishments open. In general everything very good. We recommend it. The day before, a person from Libere called me to see if I had any questions.
