The room was extremely and immaculately clean. Not a stain or hair. I was very impressed. The two issues I did have are that the electronic check-in was last minute and cumbersome. I had my whole family exhausted with after travel, and I was in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in. Also, ther is a very bright green emergency light mounted above the bedroom door. It lit up the room all night and I did not sleep well because it was so bright.

Muy limpio, nuevo, con todo lo necesario, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico y todo tipo de menaje. Estuvimos en Estudio 2-4 personas. La cama y sabanas muy cómodas pero el sofá cama para la otra pareja muy incómodo, se levantaron con dolor de espalda. Ese tipo de sofás cama no son recomendables para una pareja. Por lo demás estupendo, el equipo muy atento y buenos profesionales. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo solucionaron.

The best family apartment we've ever stayed in, it met all our needs, location was excellent, 2 minutes from the subway, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I can recommend it to those who want to wander around and to all Real Madrid fans!
