There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the common varieties are available. The room type I booked can go to The Level Lounge from 13:00 to 21:00 every afternoon, with free snacks, desserts, ice cream and drinks.

This is a local hotel group. The service is really average. When checking in, I waited for a long time, and the staff kept talking. Because I didn't understand Spanish, I thought they were talking about something. After a while, I saw that her expression was not right, so I asked her, and she said, "Oh, so you want to check in, she didn't know 🤷♀️" Wow! What are you doing queuing at the front desk if you don't check in? The size of the hotel room is OK, but the facilities are really not five-star. The price of 1,600 yuan a day is basically not cost-effective. I regret not choosing those international chain hotels. Intercontinental is about 2,200 to 2,500. The most important thing to note is that Ctrip gave this hotel a parent-child hotel label on the hotel booking page, and I also booked it for this. However, the hotel's swimming pool does not accept children under six years old. Moreover, swimming requires advance reservations... It is understandable that the hotel swimming pool is not big, so reservations are required, but at least the front desk should be informed when checking in, right? The child happily changed into a swimsuit and went down, but was not allowed to swim, and left disappointedly. I quickly tried to make an appointment, but the person in charge of the appointment went to do SPA for the guests, and I didn’t know when he would be back at the reception desk... Fortunately, I met a very enthusiastic staff member who helped to contact and coordinate. In the end, they said that they would make an exception and let the children swim once, but only from 8pm to 8:45pm... Although I am very grateful to this staff member, the children had already gone to bed by then💤In the end, I was disappointed that I couldn’t swim. I kept asking why the children were not allowed to swim. I could only try my best to explain that it was the mother’s negligence and she didn’t make an appointment. If you also booked it for the parent-child label, then you must think twice. This hotel has always been pinned when booking. I guess it’s because the commission given to Ctrip is relatively high, or I bought the recommended position. The price-performance ratio is not bad, but it’s really average.

Good location, average service. Not as good as other hotels nearby. Would not stay here again, nor recommend.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Madrid. There is a subway station at the door and it is one stop away from Plaza de España. It is also very convenient to walk there. There is a small supermarket run by Chinese people next to it.
