Siempre me alojo en los Petit Palace pero era la primera vez en el Petit Palace Alcalá, y me ha encantado! La habitación que tuvimos era perfecta, además de tener unas preciosas vistas de Madrid! El desayuno estaba buenísimo y la sala es alucinante, con esos grandes ventanales que dejan pasar una luz maravillosa! Muchas gracias a Manuel, Thalia y Melanie por el trato en recepción!

Muy buena opción para visitar Madrid. Hotel bien situado en calle entre Alcalá y Gran Vía. Habitaciones amplias y funcionales, totalmente insonorizadas. Desayuno variado, en ubicación inmejorable (terraza acristalada), con productos bien presentados y muy buena atención por parte del personal. Wifi sin problemas. El personal muy profesional y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Hotel recomendable.

Hotel fantástico, muy bien situado en el centro. La limpieza de 10 , las habitaciones cómodas, maravilloso desayuno y lo mejor la atención de Isabel y Melanie. Sin duda es una buena opción para disfrutar de Madrid que repetiría en cuanto pueda.

My room was close to the room where the cleaning personel was and they where giving a lot of noise in the morning. Not possible to sleep long.

La habitación doble estaba diseñada para David el gnomo, comenzando porque no tenían ni una mala mesita para apoyar una botella de agua y eso que según la descripción, poseen unas preciosas y equipadas habitaciones .Lav**** la cara en ese minúsculo lavabo sin echar agua fuera era todo un reto y lo que más echamos en falta fue la escasa iluminación de la habitación, no hubo manera de poder tumb**** en la cama y leer algo. Respecto al personal no tenemos queja ninguna, todos fueron amables desde recepción, pasando por limpieza y hasta cafetería. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, la verdad.
