Hotel in pieno centro, a due passi da puerta del sol, gran via e le principali attrazioni della città; molto silenzioso, ottima qualità del sonno. Colazione abbondante con buona varietà di dolce e salato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima scelta per visitare Madrid. Sicuramente consigliato. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Excellent service at Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen. Andrés provided excellent customer service. Definitely 100% guaranteed. Rooms are very nice, spacious and it includes comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, tv and everything you need to have a pleasurable stay.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, puedes conocer todos los lugares más importantes a pie. delicioso desayuno, buenas amenities , habitaciones, limpias y cómodas. Muy buena atención en la recepción todos muy amables, en especial Andrés. Gracias a todos y continúen así.

Hotel donde insisto que se alojen los amigos que vienen a Madrid, que por su localización, tranquilidad, estilo, decoración.... sienpre es óptimo y nunca defrauda. Y con un personal en Recepción fuera de lo común. Agradecemos a la Srta. Olga y muy especialmente a la respinsable, la Srta Pilar, que se encargaron de resolver y solucionar con gran éxito, un pequeño inconveniente surgido en la última estancia. Amabilidad, cordialidad, profesionales dignos de ser especialmente mencionados y premiados. Desde luego, gracias a ellas, continuaré recomendando el Hotel. Cuídenlas porque son unas joyas difíciles de encontrar !!!! Gracias

L'hotel è molto bello e pulito e la sua posizione è perfetta, tra puerta del sol e la gran via. Personale simpatico e socievole, Sandra e Silvia sono fantastiche. La colazione è semplice e buona. Le camere hanno qualche difettuccio, tra tutti la porta del bagno che non si chiude ma si appoggia. Inoltre lo spazio ai lati del letto, peraltro molto comodo, è risicato e da una parte non c'è il comodino ed i comandi per le varie luci. C'è stato un problema con la cassaforte non risolto. Consiglio questo hotel.

Visited Madrid earlier this week with a friend. This hotel is a great value for the money with a wonderful breakfast buffet! It is centrally located. Our room design was a bit quirky, but not unexpected in Europe. It was very quiet and clean. The bathroom was nice. Definitely would stay again!
