Had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. It’s walking distance to most attractions (within 15/20 mins), lots of shops and restaurants close by and so much to see in the local area. The hotel itself is well maintained, lots of choice for breakfast should you wish to eat there with gluten free options aswel. The staff are lovely, very friendly and attentive to all your needs. Having contacted the hotel in advance, they very kindly left balloons & chocolates in the room upon arrival for my partners birthday & then left him some cakes & a card on the actual day. I would definately stay there again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel situato a pochi passi dalla Gran Via e Piazza di Spagna e Piazza del Sol. Posizione strategica per raggiungere altri siti da visitare a Madrid. Metro e tram a portata di mano. Inoltre passeggiate pedonali raggiungibili a pochi passi con varie alternative di ristoranti e bar. hotel carino semplice e pulito. Camere co gusto e colazione ottima. Personale disponibile e cortese Flavio alla reception preparato e cordiale capisce e parla discretamente l'italiano. Provare per credere

La camera grande con un bellissimo bagno con doccia, i cuscini comodissimi con due possibilità di morbidezza .Il materasso comodissimo .Il personale alla reception tutti gentilissimi in modo particolare Ana che parlando un po di italiano cii ha dato informazioni e cosigli interessanti,colazione buona e abbondante ,da consigliare anche per la posizione,a piedi si può girare tutto il centro e oltre

We opted for a family room with bunk beds for the kids, which worked out perfectly. The location is fantastic being so close to Grand Via, walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid and San Miguel Market there is a lot to like here. We paid for the morning breakfast, which was basic but had something for everybody and was promptly restocked when items ran out. The room was clean and had a turnover service if you wanted to opt in for. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and the hotel helped make our trip a pleasant one. Thank you Petit Palace Plaza España!

Hotel moderno con habitaciones amplias y limpias. Situado en un lugar ideal para ir a Madrid, junto a Gran Vía y muy cerca de Sol y Plaza de España. Ideal para ver algún musical, obra de teatro o museo. Excelente atención de su personal. Es la segunda vez que vamos y seguro que volveremos.

ES la primera vez que me alojó con mi familia y seguro que no la última. El hotel un poco antiguo, los muebles muy desgastados, eso sí, Cerca de todo. El centro 5 minutos y zona algo más tranquila. Agradecer a Juan Carlos el gran servicio que nos proporcionó. Siempre atento. Seguro que volveremos en nuestra próxima estancia en Madrid
