O hotel está reformado , mas a recepção é pessima , não possuem room service , o ar condicionado quebra sem parar , o restaurante tem um garçom , não possuem menu físico , e o Wi-Fi ou sinal de celular não funcionam no restaurante, e nem nos quartos. O quarto é amplo , possui cozinha , mas o viajante precisa da recepção funcionando , e isso eles não tem ainda.
