來之前我做了攻略
説是古堡酒店 價格3000左右
默認為不會太差了
結果到了跟災難一樣 我們定的是行政房有景觀的那種
把我們分配到五樓（最高層）樓頂 我和我老公一進去就要求換房間（一股嚴重的狐臭味道 實在受不了）服務員説衹有二間這樣房型 飛了15小時 也確實無力反抗了 就住下了
我在吐槽一下具體內容 床是絕對不行的 二個軟度不一致的床拼接在一起的 我們睡了二天加上長途飛機身體是劇痛的 水衹有一瓶 每天
因為這個酒店討厭馬德里 也討厭攜程
我和攜程反應了這個情況 攜程回覆已經住的所以沒有辦法 （我個人認為這種管理方式是無比落後和不負責任 也值得管理者深思的 如果所有的邏輯是因為已經消費了 無計可施 那麼貴平台不是偏向的信任騙取媽）

I booked a room for 3 people, but I was actually given a double room. The on-site negotiation showed that the triple room has the same specifications as the double room, but the room is very small and does not have a third bed. I negotiated for a refund for 1 person, but Ctrip has not responded and has been delaying. until check out. Both Ctrip and the hotel gave negative reviews and will not book again. I will only choose ** in the future.

It is the second time I am staying at the Relais et Chateaux Orfila. I am in love with the hotel I d like to start with people who work here. I don’t want to use the word “Staff” - it’s not personal enough to describe the level of personal approach and care for the guests. My deep gratitude to Bruce and Carlos at the reception who have helped immensely The service is impeccable The room - it’s dreamy in a classic design with the use of high quality materials and antique pieces The bed is huge and comfortable The restaurant is amazing as well Will always come back here with pleasure

Hotel Orfila is a hidden gem in Madrid: a throwback to the days of quiet charm and consummate service. When we walked off the city street and into the lobby, we felt as though we were entering a oasis and a refuge. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were modern and well-appointed, and the thermostat was simple, easy to use and actually worked perfectly. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. We no sooner took a seat in the lobby in the late afternoon than a staff member dropped by asking it we'd like a glass of wine (we did), and then brought along cheese, crackers, olives, etc. without being asked. They made everything easy. The dining room was wonderful and the food was excellent. The best breakfasts we had in Spain. We would recommend Hotel Orfila to anyone planning on visiting Madrid.

An outstanding hotel experience. Well proportioned rooms, gracious service and old world charm. A welcome reprieve from the modern hotels with tiny rooms that lack soul and service that lacks personality. I’d recommend the Orfila above all else in Madrid.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Orfila. Andrea nos organizó un evento para una comida de empresa. El servicio también fue muy amable y la sala muy acogedora. El hotel es muy bonito y todo salió genial. La comida estuvo muy bien. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Gracias Andrea!

The location of this welcoming and very comfortable hotel in Madrid ensured we gained the maximum enjoyment from our stay. The staff were always helpful and went out of their way to assist with any queries. The restaurant manager, Youseff, was amazing. His memory and attention to detail regarding breakfast requirements were much appreciated. The rooms are luxurious, very comfortable beds, lovely pillows and soft towels. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. What more could you ask for? It was really a most enjoyable experience.
