Great stay for our honeymoon! The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance of most everything. The room was very modern and bright. Good bed, nice and clean. Great balcony view. The staff was attentive. Good bartenders. They have an enclosed rooftop restaurant/bar which was nice as it was cold at night.

Ett fantastiskt hotell på absolut bästa läge, med närhet till det mesta. Vid ankomsten så blev vi välkomnade med ett glas Cava medans de checkade in oss, väldigt trevligt!
Vårt Superior rum var stort och luftigt, men i behov av renovering. Frukosten var dyr så den avstod vi, åt istället frukost på små mysiga ställen alldeles om hörnet. Väldigt trevlig, och populär, bar på sjunde våningen med stor uteplats.
Dessvärre så var vi tvungna att checka ut en dag tidigare p.g.a. en allvarlig familjehändelse, trots positiva indikationer så vägrade hotellet att återbetala oss för natten som vi inte utnyttjade. Detta anser vi lågt och inte värdigt ett hotell av denna klass!
Vi kommer dock förhoppningsvis tillbaka.

Great Hotel, large rooms with great shower. Walking distance to the Grand Via and Plaza Mayor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also parking at hotel for an additional fee but week worth it! Definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Madrid.
