This room is really small and has no windows. It’s not worth the price at all. It’s a **** if it’s smaller. Apart from the location, I really don’t recommend booking this room.

Because we did not choose to bring children when we booked the room, we only chose 2 adults. When we checked in, we were charged an extra 60 euros, and then they changed us to a larger room. There are 2 toilets. Apart from being expensive, there is nothing wrong with it.

Amazing location! 2 blocks to TWO if the best chocolaterias in town (1902 I could see from my window!), 5 mins to the Market San Miguel, 5
Mins to the plaza, 7 mins to the grand vie, 12 -16 mins to the Palace and inter opposite direction the fountain Cibeles. 18-20 mins to La reins Sophia. Very clean with good air conditioning! Did not do hotel breakfast so can’t comment on that (18 euro if not included… so
Either have it included or just go get a cappuccino and chocolate churros around the corner

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We all thought it was a lovely hotel. Everywhere was spotless. The general toilet on first floor was spotless and smelt divine. Loved the attention to detail on each floor as you came out of the lifts and into the corridors. Nice touch to have dishes/jars of sweets to help yourself to. We stayed in room 315 and again spotless - great bathroom with robes and slippers provided. We didn't partake of the mini bar but we thought the prices were reasonable. All staff were friendly, cheerful , efficient and attentive . We all enjoyed the breakfasts and agreed there was plenty of choice. I had eggs cooked differently each morning and all delicious. The hotel is on a busy pedestrianised street but we knew this before we booked so wasn't an issue for us. It is in an ideal position for everything and wouldn't hesitate in recommending .
