The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the value for money is decent. Breakfast was worse than expected, at least compared to other hotels I've stayed at in a similar price range. Maybe it's due to the rising cost of living.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very spacious with plenty of room to move around. A huge plus for us was having a full bathtub in the room rather than just a shower. The panoramic view from the window was also impressive. On the downside, there were no robes or slippers provided in the room. We also found the breakfast to be a bit mediocre; there wasn't much variety, and the fruits and vegetables didn't seem very sweet or juicy. Overall, it is a good choice for the room comfort and views, but some details in service and dining could be improved.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The location right next to the Plaza metro station is quite convenient for those doing business in the north of the city. Breakfast was decent, and there are many restaurants nearby. It only takes about half an hour to get to the airport.

Hotel Exe Plaza is a decent choice for a Madrid stay, conveniently situated about 20–30 minutes from the city center and Atocha Station. The hotel’m is sitting literally on top of a subway station and bus terminal, with quick dining options like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Popeyes nearby. We were grateful they allowed us to check in early, and the breakfast offered a nice variety with hot dishes that rotated every few days.

They put a zero-authorization hold on my credit card when I checked in, so keep an eye on your statement for the next month. The room itself was quite old, and definitely not worth the price.
