It’s a rubbish hotel that discriminates against Chinese people. I was on a business trip with Italian friends. Their room had water and slippers. Not only did our room not have water or slippers, it also didn’t provide drinking water.

The room is clean and large. It is one of the few hotels in Europe that has some toiletries. It's a bit far from the city center, but the Madrid Metro is very convenient. You can reach attractions just by taking the subway. As far as I am concerned, I have stayed in hotels with small rooms in the city center, and I would rather stay farther away to double the comfort.
