Disfruté la estancia en general, las habitaciones tipo estudio son muy cómodas pero el servicio al cliente es todo virtual por lo que no tienen asistencia personalizada en mi opinión, es bueno pero me hubiera gustado que alguien estuviera físicamente en la recepción. 👍🏻

當初在這裏訂房間的時候，說明有24小時前台服務。但是去到酒店才發現需要網上自行辦理入住， 不會有人工服務。事前沒有收到電郵通知，要用對講機問員工才知道因為經這裏訂房時我留的郵箱沒有給他們而導致我沒有收到資訊。再加上之前也寫了有禮賓部服務，但問他們才知道，如果把行李寄存是沒有人看管，那麼完全沒有安全性可言！由於我提前到了想先寄存行李都不能，導致我唯有拿着很多行李到街上等到三點才能入住到。這個真的超差的體驗！！入到房間接很重的發霉味，要噴香水才能勉強蓋過那個味道，但是出完一整天回去又會變返發霉味。不過設施還算齊全，也有煮食器材和餐具，電視亦可以連接電話播放。

Communication was seamless. Easy to check in and get access code. Lockers were all full so could not use when we got there at noon but staff there opened a room where we could store. Dont pay for early check in day of. Can only do 24 hrs in advance. But they refunded our money (prob better if there was a stop rather than allowing payment). Unit was clean with 2 bathrooms and on a relatively quiet street yet in the middle of it all. Extremely close to a wonderful gelato place, the underground marketplace (el corte ingles), chinese hot pot, all the shopping if u like that and a cannoli place we havent yet tried. LOVE the location and the unit!!! The decor is spare and minimal--Quiet among the crowds. Perfect.
