The hotel is near the Don Quijote sculpture, very close to the commercial street, and the location is easy to find; the front desk sister was enthusiastic and patient, and the check-in was quick and easy. She was very considerate in allocating four rooms to one floor for us; the room is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped , the toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and the bath water is comfortable to relieve fatigue. Suggestion: It would be better if the bathroom is equipped with toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. It would be better if the room is equipped with disposable slippers and spare blankets. The hotel is in a good location, close to Plaza de España and the Royal Palace. The facilities and hotel breakfast are OK. However, I remember that no quilt was provided when I checked in. I don’t know if I understand the reason, but after communicating with the front desk, I was given a blanket.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a 5-6 minute walk from Plaza España. There are two subway stations nearby. It is convenient to travel. The three beds in the room are quite comfortable. The bathroom in the room is slightly small. There is no quilt and only one blanket, but additional ones can be provided. Very centrally located, nice, simple hotel. The room was simply furnished but adequate for a city trip. I thought the breakfast could have been better, so there was not much choice. You are within walking distance of the city and close to many of the sights. I would come again.
