The location is great! It's equivalent to Shanghai's Nanjing Road, very close to the subway, with a lot of food nearby, and the British Palace is also on this street. The famous bear hugging the tree lasted 10 minutes.

The best location,breakfast its just okay just little choices.This hotel don’t have sleepers,water just two bottles,no tooth brush,coffee’s and tea’s not refillable and sorry but overall experience was not so good..but location is the best.

A very old hotel, but the location is great. In the center of Madrid, you can walk to basically everywhere.
The twin room we wanted was on the mezzanine between the fourth and sixth floors. I don’t know if all rooms are like this.

I booked a room for 3 people. The room was very small (I guess all the hotels in the city are about the same). The location advantage (commercial district) is better. Shopping and food are close at hand. If you like shopping, this is a good choice. Attractions such as the Royal Palace of Madrid are within walking distance.
