From the moment we arrived, I knew we were at the right place. Location is excellent, less than a block off the centre of the Gran Via. The staff was very helpful and attentive at all times. The room was splendid and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect and it came included. Other places don’t offer that. A terrific hotel with a rooftop bar and patio that overlooks all of central Madrid. Great drinks too!! I can’t wait to come back!! I miss it already.

The room design is a bit strange, the space is quite large, but not practical. Friendly staff, good location.

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

The hotel is very well located, well cleaned and very correct staff. The only drawback is the pool, few umbrellas to be able to be there during the day, especially if you get super hot days which is what happened to us. At night it is great, good atmosphere and very delicious cocktails

I celebrated my birthday at the rooftop terrace and it all turned out beautifully. My 60 guests and I had a really great time. Many thanks to the event team. They really took care of all my needs and it was such a treat to work with them. Cheers and all my best to everyone.
