The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are large.
If you stay on the street side, there will be a lot of noise at night, that was the only negative thing.

Hotel room decent size, but it was twin beds pushed together.The hotel was quiet and bed decent. I didn't get breakfast So I can't comment on that. I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.

The hotel is amazingly clean and well-appointed. Not flashy, but very tasteful (even nice wall art!), with a welcoming lobby and cafe/bar/restaurant, separate from the large breakfast area. Nice, helpful staff. Area is residential, full of eateries, near Plaza Mayor, very walkable but close to transit of all kinds. So glad I didn't stay directly in the tourist areas, but close to everything. I felt more and more like a Madrileno in the rhythm of life in Madrid! I'd like to go back to Madrid and this hotel.

Hotel average yet clean and presentable. If you are going for a business trip and need access to WiFi don’t bother. It simply does not work, no video calls, no transferring files (I tried and time to transfer was 4 hours which would take less than a minute at the office/home office). Not fit for purpose for business but for the holiday crowd it is fine but def not inspiring. Location OK
