It stinks, and the bathroom is dirty. It's not safe even for a hotel. It's OK until you step in. You'll know when you get there.

Nous avions réservé une chambre single sur booking pour la nuit du 22 avril, nous avions échangé avec l'hôtel en communiquant l'heure d'arrivée tardive, ils nous ont bien répondu à 2 reprises en reconfirmant la réservation, tout était ok pour nous ! En arrivant sur place, ils avaient décidé d'annuler notre réservation sans préavis, aucune explication pourquoi la réservation a été annulée, juste un traitement indigne et irrespectueux, il est évident qu'on ne peut rien faire, on peut juste le dénoncer ! En plus nous avons dû trouvé un hôtel qu'on a payé 280 euro !! faites attention surtout si vous êtes étrangers !

Excelente hotel. La atención del personal fue amable, cálida y oportuna. Las instalaciones limpias, ordenas y útiles. Ubicación perfecta: cercana a la plaza del sol, teatro Calderón, el metro, librerías y diferentes espacios comerciales y culturales. Me encantó la cajita con artículos de limpieza personal que proporciona el hotel y la barra libre de café y té a toda hora. Recomendaría que pusieran un cesto de basura en el interior del sanitario, ya que no en todos los países, existe la cultura de depositar el papel de baño en el excusado. También sugiero que pudieran poner en el cuarto de la regadera un sostén para colgar las toallas y así contribuir a su política de cuidado y trato amigable con el ambiente.
