近くの駅から空港行きのバスが出ているため、マドリード空港へのアクセスは良い。あと高速電車の発着駅もバスで20分程の距離にある。
ただ観光地までが遠い。徒歩だと40分〜1時間、公共交通機関を使っても20分〜30分はかかる印象。
交通目的ではなく、観光目的なら、もっと市内に近いホテルがよいかもしれない。
部屋は清潔感があるが、ベッドサイドにコンセントがなかったり、洗面所にコンセントがなかったり、ところどころ不便だなと思う箇所がある。あとベッドフレームが謎に緑色に光ったり、エレベーターの中が赤い照明だったにするのは落ち着かないので少し嫌だった。

離地鐵站不行5分鐘還是比較方便。地理位置合適、步行可到達主要商業購物區。房間小但乾淨整潔，也友好的可以安排晚退房到1300。

環境：周邊環境不錯，距離地鐵很
衞生：每日打掃，很乾凈
服務：態度很好，小要求都可以滿足
設施：默認不給拖鞋和牙具，衹有公共區域wifi，房內信號差，網線接口不能用
