The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Prado Museum, within walking distance to the three major museums and the Puerta del Sol. There is a cafe downstairs for dining, and the price is not expensive. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. I arrived too early, so I stored my luggage and went out for a walk. I checked in after 3 pm.
The room is very regular, not very big, and the terrace is very narrow, so only one person can barely stand. You don’t have to choose a room with a terrace. There are toothbrushes, disposable slippers, and an electric kettle in the room, which is pretty good. The twin rooms here have two beds next to each other, which is different from those in China. The hotel is not big, but the decoration is very artistic and the soundproofing is very good. Although it is facing the street, it is not noisy at night.
I checked out and went to Barcelona, so it was very convenient to store my luggage here. When I came back, the front desk helped me call a taxi. The overall service was good.

Except for its location (near downtown but yet gotta walk like 25min). The rest is impressive. Ive been many times and they keep radisson standards. I will be back for sure!

Excellent stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, fresh, delicious and lots of choices. Hotel was in walking distance of everything. Very clean and comfortable room, restaurants close by with good food.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and there is plenty of choice for people with gluten allergy. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its strategic and relatively quiet location in a busy city with many attractions.

We love Radisson! But this hotel isspecial. It‘s small … right in the center and has an absolute great staff, rooms and service. We had a Primium room- and it is not big- but perfectly oranised: New shower room. Quiet and excellent quality. But the best is the staff! Friendly - and you come as a guest abd will come back! Gracias a todos!

Quiet room yet very close to the vibrant City Center of Madrid. Staff always willing to assist with dinner reservations. We would definitely stay here again.
