這個酒店的位置和隔音效果能讓你睡不着覺，晚上的DJ吵鬧聲一直延續整個通宵，直到凌晨5:00都沒有停下來，酒店的隔音效果特別差，完全不隔音，直到凌晨都吵的要命。我那天晚上衹睡了不到一個小時，感覺頭上有人在蹦迪，腦袋都在震動，非常糟糕的體驗！如果你還想睡個好覺，不要定這裏，你會後悔！這對我來説是一趟非常糟糕的體驗，一個晚上沒睡，導致我頭昏昏沉沉持續好幾天。差評！！！

優點是地理位置非常優越，就在太陽門廣場地鐵站邊上，去哪裡都很方便，就像是住在南京東路上面的民宿，雖然房間地方不大，但是很乾凈。缺點是沒有吹風機和燒水壺，也不提供早餐，好在樓下就有一家小吃店還算是方便。

O atendimento do Hotel é ótimo, desde a reserva até o check-out recebi informações sobre tudo. A localização do hotel também é otima, super perto do metro e das principais atraçoes de Madri. O quarto e o banheiro sao bem cuidados.

Excelente localización y buen trato del personal. El baño es algo incómodo. En la planta baja hay un bar que está abierto hasta el amanecer y los ruidos y olor a cigarrillo son insoportables.
