All was perfect but some nights it had groups of drunk people making a lot of noise outside the building. Was difficult to sleep.

Lovely little flat but is out of the way and can’t be considered central for Madrid. Good air conditioning and bathroom facilities Lovely little sun deck that’s a sun trap In a residential area. When we were there subway was closed so travel was restricted

I enjoyed my staying at this place. It was clean, spacious and right due to big windows in the living room. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable.
The elevator was in good condition.
My suggestions is to change some cooking ware due to rusting (electric kettle and pots) more basic kitchen ware is needed.

El apartamento está muy céntrico,a 10 minutos de Gran Vía, en una calle silenciosa. Es amplio y bien climatizado. El sofá cama no está mal. El baño necesita un mantenimiento más profundo. La ducha tiene los perfiles un poco enmohecidos y el marco de madera de la puerta está muy estropeado. La limpieza en el baño deja mucho que desear. El resto del piso está muy bien. En la cocina tienes de todo el menaje necesario para cocinar. Para el precio que hemos pagado me esperaba que todo estuviera totalmente impecable.
