This hotel is situated at one of the safest areas in Madrid. It is also conveniently located, and all the staffs were helpful. The view from our room is nice, and it has a small dining area downstairs.

The location is very close to the British Palace. The area is relatively safe. The next door should be a government building. The soundproofing facilities are generally good.

The stay has been fantastic, since we were working and the location is excellent, close to many places of interest... and the attention of the exquisite staff...
The only drawback is that the bar was open until 2:00 p.m., but in general very good..

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very modern. Great staff, very friendly and eager to help. There was some unexpected construction nearby and they were very gracious in addressing the matter. Thankfully the construction was brief and we would definitely go back. Great neighborhood near excellent restaurants and shopping.

El hotel esta ubicado en un excelente lugar y muy seguro, tienes a unos pocos metros una parada de camion donde puedes caminar y moverte por la ciudad sin problemas. Los trabajadores fueron excelentes hosts, estuvieron al pendiente de mi y de mi esposa desde que llegamos, el desayuno muy completo y la atención a todos los detalles siempre estuvieron. El cuarto estaba suficientemente grande, comod y bueno; disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadia en el hotel damos por seguro que sí volveríamos sin duda alguna.

Excelente servicio! Un hotel cómodo y con buen precio. La ubicación es MUY buena, al lado de Serrano. El servicio es excelente. Nos ayudaron en todos los temas: almohada, bebidas, desayunos. Se adaptan por ayudar al huésped. No son esas “formalidades” que “el sistema no lo permite”, no, aquí todo es posible.
