Staff was great. Location was decent but around 10mins walk to plaza mayor from hotel and 15mins to gran via. Would recommend vincci capitol if u r ok with spending a bit more

Mal desde el principio. Me dijeron que tenían que reservar por @ y cuando llegamos a la posada a cenar no habian hecho ni caso del correo enviado. Nos sentamos a cenar y después de pedir todas las comandas, solicitamos que nos trajeran pan y para nuestra sorpresa nos dijeron que ya no había, que la gente había comido mucho pan ese dia.....así sin más, sin decir al menos un "lo siento". Habíamos pedido albóndigas en salsa y menos mal que no pedimos huevos rotos!.... los hubiéramos tenido que mojar con el dedo. Como hecho de menos el trato amable de los camareros!.

This hotel concept is great. It offers the basic needs of a hotel without being overpriced. Quiet room, excellent shower pressure and great location. The breakfast option is reasonable €13/per person. My only suggestion would be larger coffee cups at the breakfast place for those who like a large cup of coffee. I do recommend it!

This was a great little hotel for my four-day stay in Madrid. The location is excellent—the neighborhood is animated, but not noisy, and I was able to walk to all the main sights in less than twenty minutes. My room was super clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. I did not have a lot of interaction with the hotel staff except when I checked in—the young woman who checked me in was very pleasant and took the time to orient me to the neighborhood, marking important destinations on a map of Madrid. This was a lovely hotel with lots of character and history in a great location at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely stay here again!

Situato nelle pittoresche vie sotto Plaza Mayor, questo ristorante è un vero gioiello nel cuore di Madrid. Il locale è curato nei minimi dettagli, creando un'atmosfera calda ed accogliente che si sposa perfettamente con la qualità dei piatti serviti. La cucina è semplicemente squisita, con un menu che offre un'ampia varietà di scelte per tutti i gusti. L'enoteca è particolarmente impressionante, con una selezione vasta e variegata di vini da abbinare splendidamente a ogni piatto. Il personale aggiunge un tocco speciale all'esperienza complessiva, essendo estremamente cordiale e attento. La bellezza della location, unita alla qualità del servizio e del cibo, rende questo ristorante una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un pasto memorabile nel centro di Madrid. Molto consigliato, non dimenticate di prenotare!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, well located with great restaurants on the doorstep and an easy walk to most major attractions. The rooms are well appointed and individual in their decor and the breakfast we had was excellent with a selection of hot and cold choices and great service. Overall very good and we would certainly stay here again if in Madrid.

Entramos tranquilamente a tomar algo con niños, nos sentamos a tomar algo y la encargada decidió echarnos porque no le venía bien la presencia de niños en el local. Trato degradante en pleno centro de Madrid ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡VERGÜENZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
