There was no apology even after making them go through unspeakably dirty and unpleasant things. This is the first time I've experienced a rude hotel that yells at customers and gets angry. They didn't refund the rest of the stay, so I had to ruin my trip to Madrid and spend the rest of the time in a hellish hotel. The mattress was not covered with a cover, but only covered with a short cover, so when you sit down, the cover lifts up and the mattress is exposed. I couldn't stand the dirty mattress, so I asked the maid for a cover, and there was a cover for the mattress. La struttura si trova di fronte a Plaza de España, in posizione strategica per la vicinanza sia di mezzi di trasporto che delle più classiche mete turistiche. Il personale è cordiale e la struttura è ben tenuta. Nessun rilievo particolare, tranne forse di svecchiare le camere e rendere i bagni più comodi. Consigliato
