This boutique hotel was perfect for my needs and great value for money. Happy, helpful staff and a clean, well proportioned room. It is very close to the Parque de El Retiro for relaxing walks, the Puerta de Alcalá for nice food and drink and then you can walk up Serrano for quality shopping.

La atención estupenda tanto en recepción como en el desayuno, con la atención de Virginia y Carolina, con todo muy cuidado y bien presentado. Habitación amplia y limpia, baño igualmente. Y muy bien situado, a pocos minutos del museo Del Prado, paseo de Recoletos, Retiro…

Me ha gustado mucho sobretodo el desayuno, Virginia encantadora y todos los empleados, una experiencia muy recomendada. Todos los lugares emblemáticos de Madrid están muy cerca o si no se puede ir en bus a todos sitios, un hotel muy acogedor con las habitaciones amplias perfectas para ir en pareja o en família

Great place to stay in a wonderful, safe location. And the staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great as well and had many options. Very walkable to many sights. Easy to get Ubers and taxis in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Excelente ubicación, a metros del Museo del Prado y con buenos Rest cerca. Habitaciones luminosas y buen nivel de limpieza. Cristina, la gerente general, es encantadora y muy comprometida, y apoyada por unos miembros de la recepción excepcionalmente amables y profesionales ( José Gerardo, Fátima y Naty). Lage, Frühstück und Zimmer perfekt! Sehr freundliches Personal ! In der Nähe von Retiro-Park nur geringer Straßenlärm, in 15 min ist man im Zentrum, Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und äußerst freundliches Personal, Zimmer funktionell und auch und künstlerisch gestaltet !

Classic beautiful old building updated with creative and modern touches. Perfectly clean, great bed and service. The optional breakfast is an amazing buffet with European and international options- total worth it. Our room had a balcony over looking the street which was great.
